IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR VENDORS

MARKET MANAGER: The Market Manager will be set up at the entrance to help you get situated and address any concerns. Please bring any issues with other vendors or customers to the Market Manager for a swift resolution.

SETTING UP: When you arrive, the Market Manager will ask your name to confirm your reservation (or take your cash payment if you have not yet reserved), then direct you to your space. NO TABLES WILL BE PROVIDED. Vendors must bring their own tables.

PARKING: On-site and off-street parking will be available for vendors and customers.

PRICING: If most of your items are priced $10 and up, you will probably have a bad time at this market. Due to the market's residential location, it has historically attracted older homeowners and value-oriented shoppers. Our shoppers want home goods and clothing cheaply, not $25 toddler pants. Vendors are STRONGLY encouraged to price at least some of their items from $1-$5 to increase traffic, sales, and buyer happiness. Consider offering a $5 for 1, $10 for 3 pricing structure for items of greater value. Please consider lowering your prices as the market winds down to increase sales and customer satisfaction. Since the market closes at 11AM, a 10AM “Dollar Sale” will do wonders for moving product and reducing take home trash.

RAIN DATE: Our rain date will be Saturday, June 21st. If that market is ALSO rained out, deposited funds will be applied to the next flea market (September) unless the vendor requests a refund.
